Jet Laggard

Terms of use

Last updated 26 September 2026

Who we are

Jet Laggard is run by Scott Osborn, an individual based in the United Kingdom. Contact: [email protected].

Not medical advice

Jet Laggard is a planning tool, not a medical device. It estimates your body clock from a published circadian model and suggests when to seek or avoid light, sleep, and optionally take melatonin or exercise. It does not diagnose or treat any condition. Talk to a doctor before changing your sleep, or taking melatonin or any other medicine, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or take other medication. Where melatonin needs a prescription, including in the UK, the app does not suggest a dose.

Using the app

You must be at least 13. Keep your sign-in secure, and do not misuse the service, attempt to access other people's data, or interfere with how it runs. We may suspend accounts that do.

Purchases

Your first trip is free. Planning further trips needs a one-time in-app purchase, made through Apple and subject to Apple's terms. It is not a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple. The purchase belongs to your Apple ID and can be restored on your other devices.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Jet Laggard working, but it is provided as is and may change, pause or stop. Plans are calculated on your phone, so they keep working offline.

Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights as a consumer. Otherwise, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for decisions you make about travel, sleep or medication.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring a claim in your local courts.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date above changes, and significant changes are shown in the app.
