If you use the iPhone app without an account, your trips stay on your phone and we receive none of the above.
We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking, and we do not sell or share your data for marketing.
Only to calculate and show your jet lag plan and keep it in step across your devices. Sleep and body-clock data can reveal information about your health, so under UK GDPR we rely on your explicit consent to process it, which you give when you enter it and can withdraw at any time by deleting it or your account.

Everything else is stored on a server run by the owner in the United Kingdom.
Until you delete it. When you delete your account (in the app: Settings → Your account), your data is kept for up to 7 days so you can undo it, then permanently erased. You can also choose immediate erasure, which skips the 7 days. Erasure includes any invitation request you made through this website, as held by the app; the original copy stays with Cloudflare until we remove it, so email us if you want that gone too.
Deleting your account does not cancel or refund an App Store purchase; the unlock belongs to your Apple ID and can be restored.
You can see everything held about you, and delete it, from Settings → Your account in the app. You also have the right to correct it, restrict or object to how it is used, and to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). For anything else, email [email protected].
Jet Laggard is not intended for children under 13.
